What is Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” For me, I see coaching as a collaborative partnership between coach and client, working together to create meaningful and purposeful results. Although the coaching industry is relatively young and lacks formal regulation, its value often lies in providing accountability and structured support that helps people turn intentions into action.
